Abstract: The key subject of this research is the promising technologies of creation of weapon based on the new physical principles, as well as other military technologies. This topic is being examined in the context of the problem of ensuring national security. Special attention is given to comparison between the nuclear weapon and the promising types of weapon, which are more efficient in their speed of target elimination. The author reviews such types of weapon as laser, particle-beam, spintronic, and annihilation. The ways of spatial movement that can become an efficient alternative to the principle of rocket propulsion used by the modern missiles, are being studied. The author conducts an analysis of the main advantages of the promising types of weapon, which are based on the new physical principles, in comparison with the traditional nuclear weapon; as well as analyzed the physical principles of the work of spintronic technologies based on the control over the spin state of matter. The work proposes the concept of multi-dimensional technologies based on the empirical used of the properties of non-Euclidean geometries and additional measuring of space and time. It is demonstrated that the physical principles that lie in the foundation of spintronics, allow creating an extensive complex of promising military technologies, which can be implemented in creation of the new types of weapon, communication systems, coding and recording of information.

Abstract: The subject of this research is such hypothetical object as the quantum of knowledge, identified within the framework of this work with the quantum of information. Quantum of knowledge is being examined as a minimal volume of knowledge, which can be acquired by an object during the process of cognition of the surrounding world. The problem of existence of the quantum of knowledge is being analyzed in the context of modern perception of quantum physics, digital physics, cybernetics, and theory of information. The article discusses the properties of information as a theoretical object which defines the knowledge of a subject about the material and ideal essences. The main initial motive of the conducted research is the ideas of the modern quantum physics on the quantumness of the Universe and the existence of the minimal physical quantities (quanta). The author demonstrates that the need for existence of such object as the quantum of knowledge is a logical result of the quantumness of the Universe. The author conducts a quantitative assessment of the minimal possible volume of space which can be viewed as a material carrier of the quantum of knowledge. The conclusion is made that the quantum of knowledge represents an infinite semantic multiplicity, in other words, it can have an infinite amount of possible conceptual interpretations.

Abstract: The artice is devoted to discussing whether it is possible to create a computer simuation of physical processes ongoing within the framework of hypothetic universes where the dimension of time exceeds one unit. This problem is viewed in terms of digital physics assuming that our Universe can be a virtual sumulation operated by a computer program based on initial conditions and a set of algorithms that determine the rules of the Universe evolution. In his research Sobolev analyzes the main evolutionary principles of classical and quantum systems as well as evolutionary principles of hypothetic systems with multidimensional time. The author carries out a comparative analysis of one-dimensional and multi-dimensional time systems and considers the main distinctive features of system evolution within the framework of the multidimensional time of events. The author also views examples of systems with a finite and infinite number of timporal dimensions. The author shows that algorithmization of processes ongoing in multi-dimensional time systems requires logics fundamentally different from logics of the evolution of our physical reality with the time dimension being equal to one unit.

Abstract: The subject of the present research is the writing systems which hypothetically speaking can be used in multidimensional spaces described in non-Euclidean geometries, in particular, geometries with more than three dimensions of space. The author of the present research article analyzes the concept of the multidimensional alphabet and multidimensional systems of information encoding. The importance of this topic is proved by the fact that there is a number of physical theories about the Universe being part of the multidimensional space where other civilizations with essentially different communication systems including writing may exist. In his research Sobolev analyzes the main peculiarities of human writing systems from the point of view of their geometrical and physical representation. He also conducts a comparative analysis of human writing systems and multidimensional writing. At the end of his research the author concludes that being reduced to 2D information encoding, human writing systems can be very difficult or even confusing for civilizations unfamiliar with the non-Euclidean geometry.
