Abstract: In the offered article the evaluation of the enterprises functioning in the sphere of franchizing and in the conditions of promotion of the concept of the partnership directing the efforts to deduction of attention of exclusively financially active part of the population, but not on the ordinary consumer – the natural person is carried out. In this aspect, according to the author, all complexity of process of advance of a franchasing product is concluded.The purpose of this article is the assessment of the Russian market of franchizing regarding advance of a franchasing product. Tasks are directed on research of the mechanism of advance of a franchasing product.Research method in this article is the economic analysis of activity of the franchasing enterprises advancing concepts of partnership.The main conclusions of the author are that the Russian market of franchizing possesses high potential to growth. Mechanisms of its advance are specific and every year become complicated in connection with competition growth. When developing strategy of expansion of a partner network, the head office needs to consider features of the market of franchizing on the branch and to plan optimum budgets which answer their set strategic tasks.Novelty of article is that in it the assessment of the Russian market of franchizing regarding advance of a franchasing product is given, and also attempts of research of the mechanism of its advance are made.

Abstract: In this article the author defines methodological approaches to the definition of indicators of competitiveness measurement of franchise businesses. He offers his approach to structuring criteria of competitiveness. The author convincingly proves that competitiveness criteria of franchises are facets of its work which aim to achieve a stable competitive advantage in the common interest field with other companies, which undoubtedly is a hot topic, considering the evolved market conditions, and his point of view provides a fresh insight on the phenomenon of competitiveness. This work's method of research involves the analysis of the work of franchising enterprises and spotting criteria of their measurement of competitiveness on this basis. The author’s major conclusions are as follows following. Management of competitiveness of a subject of the economy is impossible without definition and measurement of its most significant indicators. In order to achieve a stable competitive advantage in the market, a franchising enterprise needs to work out its own system of objectives that will be clear for all its employees involved in the projects, employees who will aim for the normative indicator values as a the bar for their work. Using the complex of the given criteria of competitiveness measurement in other spheres of economy is only reasonable if the management strategy is aiming to expand influence beyond the current region. The novelty of the article stems from the fresh system of criteria offered by the author that have both, academic and practical value.

Abstract: The subject analyzed in this article is business processes of a franchising enterprise and their reengineering on the basis of introducing internet technologies. The aim of the article is to prove that the transferring of theoretical and practical knowledge of an enterprise in an innovative branch demands certain structural changes and reengineering of åðó business processes. The author suggests an algorithm of reengineering of business processes of a franchising enterprise on the basis of introducing internet technologies and analyses the integration of an electronic form of maintaining the business into the operating activities of an economic entity for the sphere of franchising.
The method used by the author is an analysis of scientific literature and description of the algorithm of reengineering of business processes of a franchising enterprise on the basis of internet technologies.
The main conclusion of the author is that internet technologies are of considerable importance for contemporary franchising enterprises because using of them can play a decisive role for achieving the planned strategic aims. However, integration of innovative instruments into the internal structure of an economic unity is a rather complicated process. This peculiarity is determined by dynamism of the system of internet technologies, the creation of which demands a work of qualified experts and elaboration of certain technological standards.
The novelty of the article consists in the fact that it suggests an algorithm of reengineering of business processes of a franchising enterprise on the basis of introducing internet technologies and analyzes the integration of the electronic form of conduct of business and operating activities of an economic entity for the sphere of franchising. The author also determines the “accelerators” of such an integration.

Abstract: The aim of the article is to clarify the content of the economic concept “franchising enterprise” through analysis of economic glossaries and scientific literature and demonstration of diverse approaches towards the definition of “franchising”. The tasks of the author were to determine the stages of the development of the franchising sphere in Russia; to form a model of organization of territorial franchising; to reveal geographical regions that apply special legislature for regulating franchising; to specify the basic principles of regulatory acts of the world’s leading nations, which, as authoritative ones, allow to outline characteristics of any entrepreneurial form of franchising.
The method used in the article is analysis of economic glossaries and scientific literature, as well as comparison of various interpretations of the concept “franchising”.
The main conclusions of the article are that the modern concept of franchising is beneficial in wide recognition of goods and services, as well as in higher culture of servicing the client. Mutual support between entrepreneurs may be helpful in acquiring new ideas, methods and technologies and in solving the problem of unemployment at the regional level through attracting a wide range of employees in franchising businesses.
The novelty of the article is that it gives definition of the stages of the development of the franchising sphere in Russia, formulates a model of organization of territorial franchising, reveals geographical regions that use special legislature for regulation of franchising, specifies the basic principles of regulatory acts of the world’s leading nations, which, as authoritative ones, allow to outline characteristics of any entrepreneurial form of franchising.
