Kuznetsova, I.V. Patent court in Russia

Abstract: This article is devoted to the issue of formation of the patent court in Russia. The author shows legal and economical prerequisites for the formation of such a specialized court. The author supposes that formation of such a court may provide additional guarantees of fair trial, ensure comprehensive approach to specific type of disputes, requiring professional help from various spheres of science and machinery. At the same time the author provides for amendments, which need to be introduced into the legislation, as well as for the specific features of the patent court, which are due to specific character of copyright disputes
