Popov, A.E. Constitutional rhetoric of the XX centuries

Abstract: The article is devoted to values and meanings, as expressed in the Russian Constitutions of the XX century. Reconstruction of these meanings is expressed within the framework of constitutional rhetoric, which allow to see the path of conceptualization of the most important categories of systems within various branches of law, and to relate them to the development of cultural and cognitive constructions of the past century.
