Danilenko, D.V. Definition of act of judicial powerAbstract: There are several formal and material criteria for defining the judicial act. Doctrine presents each of them as sufficient for such definition. However, there is an opinion that every one of them as such is not sufficient. Definition of the judicial act may be achieved by combining several criteria.
