Abstract: This article is devoted to the rights of indigenous peoples of the USA. The natives of the US were greatly harmed by the cruel colonization, physical destructions, dying out of whole peoples. The author analyzes history of formation and development of rights of American Indians in the North America, studies their position in the modern conditions.
