Abstract: The article is devote to the most complicated issues of qualification of socially dangerous acts in the sphere of psychoactive substances, as based on unlawful use of achievements in the sphere of chemical synthesis, selection, technology of production of substances and materials. The author establishes the need for use of means of criminal legal regulation in order to fight non-traditional (acoustic, electromagnetic) means of influence on psychological functions of a human being.
