Abstract: The problem of finding reasonable balance in the relations between an individual and nature is a new challenge of our time. The nature is a natural basis for the life of the society and, the society humanizes the nature within the process of material production. Interdependence of society and nature leads to objective relations on rational use of natural resources, which in turn call for understanding of objective laws of such interaction, including the legal regulation of such relations.
