Uvarov, A.A. Legal basis for interaction of civil society and the state.

Abstract: As the author points out, there is a number of positive tendencies in the formation of the civil society in the Russian Federation, and they are initiated by the legislation. However, the legislation still remains imperfect, and there’s obvious need for complex and systemic approach to the legal regulation of relations between the civil society and the state, which would ensure development of civil society.
