Kirakosyan, S.A. Participation of the state in the civil law relations based on equality.

Abstract: In the civil law relations the state acts as a regular subject of civil law. However, due to its specific nature the legislator duplicates the principle of equality in Art. 124 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This is necessary to ensure the rightful and equal participation of the state in civil relation and to protect the weaker parties from the state as an actor in civil law turnover.
