Some problems related to administrative legal regulation in the sphere of migration policy of the Russian Federation.Abstract: The issue of regulating migration became acutely topical lately. However, as the author of this article points out, in spite of all the studies, the definitions and terms in this sphere are not sufficiently developed. Application of different terms to the same issue create additional difficulties both for legal practice and for the theory.
