Ryzhenkov, A.Y., Chernomorets A.E. Law of state property for forests and depths of earth of Russia: encroachment and destruction.

Abstract: Is it possible to let the subjects of the Russian Federation have the depths of earth as their property? What is the lesson we can learn from the use of the forest resources by the subjects of the Russian Federation in the last twenty years? Authors of this article give their own answers to these questions, provide critical analysis of legislation and existing practice, and, specifically, of the position of Professor M.E. Pevzner on the issue of making the depths of earth property of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
