Dashan, M.S. Libertary Internet: search for Leviathan.

Abstract: Is it truly possible to regulate Internet? Many lawyers both in Russia and abroad try to find the answer to this question. So far the answer is not yet found, since the very understanding of legal regulation may vary. This article is devoted to review of the problem of Internet regulation within the framework of libertary theory of understanding of law.
