Abstract: The article introduces the concept «dynamism» which is defined as a feature of an electronic textbook (ET). Dynamism consists in the ability of a relatively rapid update (actualization) of a educational resource’s content and structure with due account taken of newest achievements in science, technology and education. The article describes various aspects and contradictions of this feature’s implementation. The research of «dynamisation » process is also based on a concrete example of ET for the course of studies «Technologies of vocationalcentered education».
