Anderson, S. K. Problem of an autonomy of Baltic provinces in political publicism of 1860-1880thAbstract: The article considers the polemics which have arisen in Russia and foreign publicism in 1860-1880 due to a need in a prompt solution of the so-called “Baltic Question”.
