Paryagina, O.A. Conceptual legal bases and problems related to the employment of the disabled persons.

Abstract: One out of every ten persons in the world is disabled. And from the point of view of working people, it is much better to help the persons with disabilities to return to gainful employement, rather than to pay to them social fees. Moreover, a large number of disabled people, who would like to work lack necessary access to rehabilitation services and employment. This article by O.A.
