Abstract:
The author examines in detail the changes that take place in the political space under the influence of "communicative abundance", which makes it possible to initialize policy networks in real time and with minimal costs. The purpose of this research is to identify the main interfaces for the interaction of political networks and political reality, as well as the limits of the possibilities of the networks influence on political reality. The object of this research is the political networks operating in the Web 2.0 space. The subject is interfaces, through which political networks are able to interact with political reality. Highlighting the main points of the transition of virtual to real, the author concludes that there are three main interfaces. The first interface is a public political space, using which the networks are capable of transforming the political culture of society, changing perceptions of political values and vectors of development. The second interface is the institutional outputs, through which networks are able to interact with political reality and at times incorporate into the political system. The third interface is actions of direct action as a demonstration that there are real citizens, political actors and political demands behind the networks.
