Formation of the information-efficient government and embassy websites of Brazil, which were aimed at the foreign audiences in the EU, facilitated the bilateral contacts between two regions, including economic, political, scientific and cultural projects. By improving the quality of government and embassy websites and information agencies for the foreign audiences, Brazil has managed to improve the general level of social diplomacy by network communication with the European audience.
