The methods of planning and management of the technogenic security based on the scenario approachAbstract: The article is devoted to the efficiency analysis for the scenario approach when resolving the problems regarding planning and management of the processes of prevention and liquidation of consequences of the technogenic emergencies and catastrophes. The authors view the key specific features of planning and management in the conditions of emergency situations. The authors also provide the results of modeling and scenario analysis for the processes of liquidation of consequences of the technogenic emergencies at the civilian objects.
