Adarchenko, E.O. State corporations as a type of public legal entitiesAbstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative legal status of state corporations as legal entities. The author proves that it is necessary to legislatively provide for the institution of public legal entities, and that the state corporations should be viewed as one of types of such entities.
