Malysheva, M. N. Peculiarities of the Municipal Service Legislation in the Russian Federation Constituents within the North-Caucasian DistrictAbstract: The article analyzes the municipal service legislation in the Russian Federation constituents within the North-Caucasian District. The author of the article describes the legal regulation of the status of officials, municipal service, ratio of the positions in state and municipal services, supplementary guarantees granted to municipal officials in the RF constituents. The author also articulates issues concerning the competence of the Russian Federation constituents in the sphere of legal regulation of municipal service.
