Zelinskaya, A. N. Variety of Emotions as a Psychological Phenomenon

Abstract: The article views emotions as the most versatile, unpredictable and changeable sphere of human psyche. Based on the author, it covers all aspects of human existence. It is shown that emotions serve as an ‘internal language’, a system of signals showing that an event plays an important role for someone. The author of the article also touches upon the problem of emotionlessness of a modern person who tries to lower the degree of suffering and to secure his inner world from an emotional stress.
