Savostin A.A. Criminal law challenges in kidnapping combatAbstract: the article contains a review of legal and structural issues in kidnapping counteraction. The author observes that the combat with kidnapping has a complex and system character, which is why it requires implementation of various branches of the law with the central place in this mechanism belonging to the regulations of the Criminal Law.
