Bayldinov, E.T. Abilities of the UN: guarantees of implementation of norms of international law.Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of legal, factual and financial abilities of the UN in the sphere of implementation of the UN Charter. Based on this analysis, the author then comes to a conclusion on insufficient potential of the UN in the sphere of implementation of these norms, as well as of other norms of international public law.
