Abstract: The article is devoted to the complex of applied problems of development and studies of the models of analysis of effi ciency of information support of the strategic projects of development of the Arctic sector with the use of the apparatus of functional sign graphs. The authors provide the results of modeling and scenario analysis of the processes of geopolitical information struggle.
