Pavlov, P. V. Administrative Regulation of Cross Border Trading

Abstract: At the present time special attention is paid at the problems of international collaboration of state institutions including their cross border territories. One of the most important forms of cross border collaboration is a cross border trading. The article analyzes the current world experience of cross border collaboration between countries, describes the main problems of cross border trading relations in Russia and suggests approaches to solving them by using the existing legislation and implementing the Conception of Development of Cross Border Trading.
