Lapin, A. V. Administrative and Legal Regulation of State Policy on Development of Car Industry in Russia.

Abstract: The article covers such terms as ‘industrial policy’, ‘state policy on industrial development’, ‘state policy on development of car industry’. The author of the article analyzes current Russian legal acts devoted to development of industry, in particular, the Strategy of Development of Car Industry of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020. Based on a few opinions on the studied matter and analysis of existing legislation the author defines the following concepts: ‘industrial policy’, ‘state policy on development of car industry in the Russian Federation’ and concludes that there is a certain need in a federal law which would regulate the state industrial policy.
