Bogatyrev, K. A. Civil War in Yemen

Abstract: The article describes the main principles and brief story of the armed conflict in Yemen in 2009. The author shows the role of contradictions between different branches of Islam in this conflict. Special attention is drawn at certain actions directly or indirectly performed by the countries participating in the conflict. The author also makes an attempt to briefly summarize the danger of that indecent both for the region and the global community
