Abstract: The article contains an analysis of strengthening of the defense capacity of the Russian Federation as a perspective priority-oriented target project. The author analyzed the inner and outer reasons contributing to the soon military modernization of Russia. The author also studied the problems hindering from effective preparation and realization of this priority-oriented target project. The article contains certain suggestions on holding a series of organizational activities related to the mentioned above process
