Abstract: This article is devoted to some aspects of legal regulation of protection of housing rights of military personnel, who serve at the FSB (FSS), mainly by establishing protection of housing rights as an independent element, providing stages and subjects of legal regulation and protection, the author formulates the mechanism for protection of housing rights.
