Fake F.F. Report of the Government of the Russian Federation on the results of its activities in 2008 (extracts)

Abstract: The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. spoke to the State Duma and provided the report of the Government of the Russian Federation on results of their activities in 2008. This procedure is novel to the Russian political system, and is provided in December amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as offered by the President of the Russian Federation and supported by the Parliament and the legislatures in the regions. This publication includes theses of the speech, regarding the tax issues and development of Russian taxation system.
