Karataeva, L.A. Cultural rights and freedoms of an individual and of a citizen – as an independent group of rights and freedoms

Abstract: The article is devoted to human rights and freedoms within the social and cultural sphere, guarantees of their implementation. Additionally, the article defines the place and role of rights of individual and citizen within the general system of human rights. The article illuminates specific features of cultural rights of a person.
