Abstract: Administrative procedures, as realized in the activities of the customs bodies should protect the in-dividuals, the legal entities and the entrepreneurs alike, however, the administrative procedures sometimes fail to do so. That is why within the scope of realization of the customs procedures, there is need to protect the rights and legal interests of citizens, legal entities and individual entrepre-neurs.
