Smirnova, E. S. The Threat of Worsened Criminal Situation as a Result of Non-Legal Migration: World Experience

Abstract: The article is devoted to the internatinal law cooperation between foreign states and European Union member states in the sphere of prevention of crime caused by illegal migration. Foreign citizenship must not be the basis for restriction of the main human rights but at the same time illegal presence of a major number of illegal migrans in the country provides grounds for the security authorities to take strong measures for the migration.
