Abstract: The article is devoted to the inter-ethnical confl ict in Kyrgyzstan, which took place in spring of 2010. The author attempts to view the process of growth of confl ict potential in the region. Much attention is paid to the personal qualities of the Presidents of the post-Soviet Kyrguzstan.
