Abstract: The article is devoted to the neoconservative conception of the strong state in the context of modern problems of the social and political development. The main theme of the article evolves around the analysis of origins and basic ideas of the mentioned above doctrine from the point of view of forming a new model of the social and political interaction. In the conclusion the author of the article suggested that the neoconservative conception of the strong state is one of the most important alternatives to the social and political system at modern societies.
