Ayupova, Z. K. Specificity and Essence of Exercise of Power and Administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract: The author of the article studied the history of presidency in Kazakhstan. The author showed specificity of that form of government. Special attention is given to the analysis of referendum in the country. Constitution is viewed as the main act of law creating and supporting the legal system.
