Nuriev, G. H. On the Question about Modern Tendencies of Developing the Territorial form of Government in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The article demonstrates a rather cold attitude to the idea of “consolidation of the Russian Federation constituents”. This idea has been quite famous in the law and political spheres in Russia. According to the author, it is a typical example of a simplified approach to solving very complicated problems of the federative relations in our country. The author evidently showed that it was necessary to carry out a broad federative reform. His conception is significantly proven, adjusted and meant for a long-term perspective.
