Kupreev, S. S. Contents of State Administration: From Confrontation to CompromiseAbstract: The article is devoted to analyzing the content of the term ‘state administration’ from the point of view of administrative law and the theory of state administration. Taking into account significant differences in various interpretations of this term, it is necessary to find a compromise between researches in both sciences in order to put forth combined efforts towards solving the most important problems in the sphere of state administration. The author also views the question about the relation between state administration and corporate activities within the framework of state apparatus.
