Lipinsky, D.A. The offence as an actual basis for the legal responsibility

Abstract: The author analyzes the offence in its relation to the legal responsibility. He focuses on the most controversial elements of an offence, their differences in the theory of state and law and specific branches of law and legal science. The author carries out a comparative analysis of legislative formulae of the concept of breach of law in the domestic and foreign legal instruments.
