Plesovskikh, V.D. The tendencies of development of the federal administrative offence law and legislation.Abstract: Administrative offence law and administrative offence legislation play an important role in the regulation of the social relations at their current stage. The decade, which has passed since the Code on Criminal Offences of the Russian Federation came into force, allows one to draw certain conclusions on this codified act, to evaluate it as an important stage of development of the Russian legislation on administrative offences, and to analyze the improvement of administrative jurisdiction procedures.
