Klimenchuk, A.V. Legal authority of subjects of the co-investment in housing construction.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the co-investment in housing construction, it includes analysis of its characteristic features, such as its subjects and the way such a contract is concluded. Much attention is paid to relevant conditions of a contract, rights and obligations of the parties, responsibilities of the parties for the violations of such obligations. The article includes evaluation of various practical problems regarding housing construction investment, which the parties might face, and the possible ways to deal with these problems.
