Abstract: The author establishes that effi ciency and stability of agricultural production is much pre-established by the quality of legal guarantees of internal economic relations. A special place in this system is held by internal economic planning and regulation. The author states that the existing regulation in this sphere is outdated, and it does not meet the goals of modernizing the agricultural sector of economics, therefore it needs to be improved.
