Lobanov, A.V. Provision of a credit: legal regulation of rights and obligations of a creditor under the credit contract.Abstract: The article includes legal regulation of rights and obligations of the creditor in a credit contract in accordance with the provisions of civil law and judicial practice. The author analyzes key rights of creditor in a credit contract, including the basic right of a bank to refuse a credit, and the main obligation of the bank – to provide a credit. The author offers to include these rights and obligations into a credit contract.
