Vechkanova, N.V. Specifi c features of the judicial protection of personal rights and freedoms of individual and citizen in the CIS states.Abstract: The article includes comparative legal analysis of the specifi c features of the judicial protection of personal rights and freedoms of a person in the CIS states. The author analyzes role of the courts as bodies which implement justice and judicial control in the constitutional mechanism of protection of personal rights and freedoms. State guarantees of implementation of the constitutional right to judicial protection is recognized by the CIS states as an effi cient guarantee of social status of persons.
