Khanin, D.I. On the issue of periods of development of the political elite in Russia.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the topical issues of formation, functioning and development of the elite groups, ruling groups and their opponents at various times of political construction of Russia. The author then comes to a conclusion that the processes of following periods: fall-apart of the Party state system, privatization of state-owned enterprises, renewal of managing structures and legitimacy of formation of legislative and representative bodies and executive bodies of the Russian statehood greatly influenced the character of the political elite of Russia, its style of activity and ways of recruiting.
