Abstract: Having included into Art. 130 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation non-completed construction objects are included into the list of objects of immovable property, however, they are not recognized as buildings or constructions. That is why there’s a question related to correlation of these terms and the necessity to include non-completed construction objects as a separate category in the Art. 130 of the CC.
