Abstract: The article is devoted to the political aspects of globalization through stable development, and much attention is paid to the political element of natural globalization, which walls behind from economic and other elements of this global process. The author analyzes role of state and state government in the implementation of globalization processes through stable development, as well as evolution of the phenomenon of statehood.
