Abstract: This article includes analysis of the existing legislation, which regulates licensing of activities of the subjects of private health care system. As a result of the analysis, the author points out a number of problem issues, which need solution. The author also provides for a number of measures, which are aimed to improve the mechanism of licensing the activities of the subjects of private health care system in the Russian Federation.
