Kvasova, A.V. “Infrastructure bond certificates” — a new instrument for attracting investments

Abstract: This article includes analysis of “infrastructure bond certificates” as independent type of instrument, standing in the same row with other institutions of state-private partnerships. The author also analyzes the issues of topicality of “infrastructure bond certificates” in the conditions of a global financial and economical crisis, when there’s an obvious deficit of credit resources for the construction of expensive infrastructure objects.
